Tang Soo Do / Taekwondo

Offering martial arts classes in the disciplines of Tang Soo Do & Taekwondo, our goal is to engage both the physical body but also the mind. Classes range from 1 to 1 and half hours and are focused on kicking and related techniques, sparring, core strength development, cardio, flexibility, and rank progression. Available for ages 4 and up at any fitness level.

*Note children 4 through 7 typically have separate classes from older children (8-12), teens (13-17), and adults (18+). Should you or your child have a special need, please inform the senior instructor.

Kickboxing / Cardio

Need an awesome stress release? Want to control or lose weight? Look no further than our kickboxing classes. Offered for adults from any fitness level, these classes are offered two to three nights per week and though challenging a very rewarding an extremely popular.  The typical class will consist of stretching, kicking, punching, cardio, and core development ranging from 45 to 60 mins.
